We open the journey by calling in the seven directions: east, west, north, south, up, down, and inward. Then we partake in the medicine (cannabis sativa) ceremonially. With bodies still and supported, we bring in Yoga Nidra and sound vibrations to encourage us to melt, merge and drop past the thinking mind into alpha, theta and delta brainwaves.
